Членами UANOG спільноти НЕ можуть бути особи, які:

• знаходяться в санкційних списках офіційних органів України, Великої Британії, Сполучених Штатів Америки, Канади, Європейського Союзу та окремих країн Європейського Союзу;
• зазначені в реєстрі сайту Миротворець;
• є співробітниками компаній, які знаходяться в санкційних списках офіційних органів України, Великої Британії, Сполучених Штатів Америки, Канади, Європейського Союзу та окремих країн Європейського Союзу;
• є співробітниками державних компаній Російської Федерації, Білорусі, Ірану та Північної Кореї (список може змінюватись);
• мають будь-яку іншу заборону відповідно до рішення суду або міжнародних законів або законів країни, в юрисдикції якої знаходиться особа.

Для інших осіб членство в спільноті UANOG є відкритим за умов дотримання Норм поведінки.

В спільноті UANOG заборонені:

1. судження або твердження, які мають на меті образити або принизити честь, гідність або професійні якості іншої особи;
2. сегрегація спільнот або людства по будь-якій ознаці (національність, колір шкіри, стать, сексуальні уподобання, звички, країна перебування тощо);
3. заклики до неспровокованого насильства або підтримка або пропаганда неспровокованого насильства у будь-якому вигляді;
4. заперечення або посягання на особисті права та погляди інших людей.

У разі виникнення конфліктної ситуації, відповідна скарга може бути надіслана на розгляд Conduct Team за адресою ct@uanog.one

Контроль за дотриманням Умов членства та Норм поведінки покладається на группу Conduct Team та виконується по факту подання скарги за адресою ct@uanog.one . Поточний склад групи (в алфавітному порядку за прізвищем):

Група приймає рішення щодо отриманої скарги, оприлюднює та виконує прийняте рішення.

Members of the UANOG community CANNOT be persons who:

• are on the official sanction lists of Ukraine, Great Britain, the United States of America, Canada, the European Union and certain countries of the European Union;
• are listed in the Myrotvorets site registry;
• are employees of companies that are on the official sanction lists of Ukraine, Great Britain, the United States of America, Canada, the European Union and certain countries of the European Union;
• are employees of state companies of the Russian Federation, Belarus, Iran and North Korea (the list is subject to change);
• have any other prohibition pursuant to a court order or international laws or the laws of the country in which the person is located.

Membership in the UANOG community is open to anyone other while person is compliant with the Code of Conduct.

The following are prohibited in the UANOG community:

1. judgments or statements that are intended to insult or degrade the honor, dignity or professional qualities of another person;
2. segregation of communities or humanity on any basis (nationality, skin color, gender, sexual preferences, habits, country of residence etc);
3. calls for unprovoked violence or support or advocacy of unprovoked violence in any form;
4. denial or encroachment on personal rights and views of other people.

In the event of a conflict situation, the respective complaint can be sent for consideration by the Conduct Team at the address ct@uanog.one

Control of compliance with the Terms of membership and Code of Conduct is entrusted to the Conduct Team and is carried out upon the fact of submitting a complaint to the address ct@uanog.one . The current list of Conduct Team members (in order by surname) is:

The group makes a decision on the received complaint, publishes and implements the decision.
